Totaling another soaking rain with more showers returning Wednesday afternoon

We had another good round of steady rain Tuesday night. Light to moderate rain fell from 10 PM through 7 AM and dropped another good soaking. About 0.50-1.00" of rain fell across much of the area. We are getting closer and closer to seeing average precipitation totals for the year.

During a break from the rain Wednesday morning through early afternoon we could see some sunshine! What sun we see won't last forever with scattered light rain showers returning but Wednesday afternoon and evening.

As temperatures cool Thursday morning the light rain will switch and mix with some snow showers. A light mix will kick off the day on Thursday then switch back to mostly rain in the afternoon before transitioning back to mix and snow for Friday morning.

No more steady, heavy rain is expected through the end of the week with most of rain/snow staying very light. Additional rainfall through the end of the week range between 0.10-0.25".
