Man charged in hit-and-run that killed Watertown father of 3
PLEASANT PRAIRIE, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A limo chase and crash was caught on body camera video in Pleasant Prairie Monday, Sept. 16.
The village's police department says an officer saw a limo driving too slowly and tried to pull it over.
The driver tried to get around cars using the shoulder but crashed and ran away into a wooded area.
The officer chased the man, identified as 37-year-old Bradley Semrich, from Portage.
Police say Semrich started fighting the officer and a K-9 was used to get him under control.
Semrich had several open warrants and is now charged with first-degree recklessly endangering safety and possession of meth with intent to deliver, among other charges.
