MENOMONEE FALLS, Wis. (CBS 58) -- It’s a silver sneaker workout made for those at least 55 years old. An exercise class geared toward the older crowd is starting up next week at the Menomonee Falls Community Education & Recreation -- located at W152 N8645 Margaret Road.
Two, one-hour sessions will be offered. Endurance, strength, balance, and flexibility are all tackled. The goal is to keep moving plus exercising the most effective way as well.
The senior workout class will be offered Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9 a.m. The sessions will go from mid March through mid May. While you’re at it, stick around for free corn hole games every Tuesday at 1:30 p.m.
