Wisconsin cancels basketball games Thursday due to positive Covid tests

WISCONSIN (CBS 58) -- Both Thursday night's men's and women's basketball games have been called off after positive tests within each Wisconsin program.

The men's cancelation comes just a couple days after they had to scramble to get a new opponent because the originally scheduled Morgan State Bears had their own Covid concerns. 

After that program had positive tests, Bucky rescheduled to play George Mason. 

Thursday's previously scheduled women's game was canceled too.

Both the men and women have around a week off before their next scheduled games.
