Woman, 20, suffered graze wound following fight near Cesar Chavez and Washington

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A 20-year-old woman is recovering after suffering a graze wound on Milwaukee's south side.

It happened around 2:50 a.m. Sunday near Cesar Chavez and Washington.

According to police, the woman suffered the graze wound while she was inside of a vehicle.

Police say that the victim and a group of people got into a fight prior to the shooting.

The victim was taken to a local hospital where she is being treated for what is believed to be a non-life threatening injury. 

Milwaukee Police are still searching for the suspects involved.
