GLENDALE, Wis. (CBS 58) -- More than a dozen arrests were made at Bayshore Mall in Glendale on Sunday, March 29. 

According to Glendale police, 14 people were arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and battery. 

Cellphone video obtained by CBS 58 shows a large group of people gathering in and around stores of the mall on Sunday afternoon. 

An email sent to nearby apartment residents said the incident may have been an attempt at a "mall teen takeover." 

Bayshore Mall requires guests 17 and under be accompanied by a supervising adult (21+) after 3 p.m. Friday, Saturday and Sundays.
