MUSKEGO, Wis. (CBS 58) --This is one of the more unique displays of manhood you'll ever see.

Pop's Pub in Muskego hosted a one-of-a-kind Father's Day weekend event called the 'Testicle Festival.'

There was a mechanical bull riding, a dad joke competition, an arm-wrestling competition, live music and more.

And the big one, a pair of Rock Mountain oysters to snack on - for those who don't know, they're deep-fried bull's testicles.

But it's a lot more than just the jokes, it's about raising awareness for testicular cancer.

While it's meant to make people laugh, the festival's ultimate goal is getting men to take cancer screening more seriously.

"We are at Testicle Festival, it's a pretty cool little thing that we just try to have some fun with," said Pop's Pub owner Mark Knudsen. "But not only that but bring in a little cancer awareness as well. Young kids affected by this 12, all the way up. It's something that does affect them. So, Testicle Cancer Awareness Foundation came out backed us on that whole part but really is just a fun community event. Get people out, have some fun."

Proceeds from the event t-shirts went to the Testicular Cancer Awareness Foundation.
