Aaron Rodgers officially traded to New York Jets; holds first press conference

GREEN BAY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The Green Bay Packers have officially traded quarterback Aaron Rodgers to the New York Jets.

The Packers announced the news on Wednesday, April 26.

At a news conference, the New York Jets announced Rodgers as a member of their team.
