BROWN DEER, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A beloved K-9 officer with the Brown Deer Police Department will retire from the force in February.
Brown Deer police say K-9 Vader has faithfully served the department since 2012.
Vader's retirement ceremony will be held on Feb. 28 from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
"Please stop by to give him some belly rubs," police said in a Facebook post.
During the ceremony, lunch and refreshments will be served.
