MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Milwaukee Bucks are playoff bound for the sixth consecutive season and fans are excited the deer will have a chance to defend last season's NBA title and possibly bring the Larry O'Brien Trophy back to Milwaukee.

"I'm amped! Ready for the playoffs," said Antonio Washington, who spoke with CBS 58 outside of Fiserv Forum Friday afternoon on April 1 after purchasing a new Bucks hat at the team's Pro Shop. "I'm more than confident. They're going to do it. We're going to do a second. Repeat."

The Bucks clinched a spot in the playoffs following Thursday night's overtime win over the Brooklyn Nets on March 31.

The team will be back on the court at Fiserv Forum Friday night taking on the Los Angeles Clippers. Brothers Caden and Gavin Radmer made the trip north from Illinois with their father to catch the game.

"We get hate at school from all the Bears fans and Bulls fans, but we don't care," the brothers said. "We have winning teams."

The brothers are hopeful that the winning ways will continue for the Bucks and that the team will be able to clinch the number one seed for the playoffs, meaning more home games in Milwaukee.

That means home court advantage for the teams, and more opportunities for fans to patronize local businesses around the Deer District, including Major Goolsby's.

"Any extra playoff games for any local teams are great," said Major Goolsby's General Manager Mary Petricca. "The little extra level of excitement is always great. We always have a great atmosphere for all the fans. Just them, even if they can't get a ticket to the game, watching the games on our TVs or video walls is really fun."

The NBA playoffs are scheduled to start on Saturday, April 16.
