DEERFIELD, (CBS 58) -- The Dane County Sheriff's Office has issued a statewide alert, as they search for 67-year-old David Garner, who went missing in Deerfield the morning of Friday, Sept. 4.

David is described as being 6-feet-tall, weighing 215 pounds, with hazel eyes and grey hair.

Officials say he was last seen going Eastbound on USH 18, near Sullivan on Friday at 1:00p.m.

The Dane County Sheriff's Office says they can't check the FLOCK or LPR cameras because the county took it away, but thanks to Sun Prairie PD they were able to get an updated location and last time seen for David.

They also released a picture of this vehicle he is believed to be in, a 2016 Toyota Highlander, with license plate number 874XRN.

David does have heart issues that he takes medication for. Officials also say he does like to drink and drive around, but is usually only gone for an hour at the most in the past. But around two months ago David drove drunk to a strangers house and passed out.

He also has a history of seizures related to alcohol use. If you have any information, you're urged to contact the Dane County Sheriff's Office.
