Temperatures have been fairly uniform over the last few weeks but a few more temperature swings are on the way the next week. Temperatures Tuesday will warm up into the 80s and stay there for Wednesday. Thursday and Friday will see temps drop just a touch before they bounce back this weekend.
Even with some warmer air, the humidity will stay low. Dew points Tuesday and Wednesday are barely in the noticeable category with peak dew points in the low 60s. Thursday will be a sticky day with highs in the upper 60s which makes sense because it comes with our next chance for rain.
The 6-10 temperature trend for the last few days of August and the start of September shows a 30-40% chance for above-average temperatures. Once the warmth starts this weekend it looks like it will stick around for at least a week or two.
