Milwaukee teen charged in fatal crash that killed 39-year-old

MPD MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Ashley Jr. made his first court appearance Saturday, May 30.
The court set his bond at $7,500 and he has a preliminary hearing scheduled for June 5th.
MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A teenager is now charged in a deadly crash that killed a Milwaukee father and business owner.
According to a newly released criminal complaint, 19-year-old John Ashley Jr. ran a red-light Tuesday at Fond du Lac and Roosevelt, hitting 39-year-old Leandre Brown on a three-wheeled motorcycle.
The complaint says Brown had the green light and the right of way.
It also says Ashley admitted he was driving without a license and had never had one.
Brown died at the scene.
Ashley is scheduled to be in court this weekend.
