MPD: Roller skater fell while holding onto moving car near Ogden and Van Buren, one arrested

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) --- Milwaukee Police say a 19-year-old roller skater was holding onto a moving vehicle when he fell on Saturday, April 17.
Police say it happened around 12:44 a.m. near Odgen and Van Buren.
According to police, a 19-year-old driver intentionally drove a car while a roller skater held on to the vehicle. The skater lost his grip and fell to the pavement. The skater, also a 19-year-old man, sustained serious injuries. He was transported to a local hospital and is in stable condition.
The driver of the vehicle was arrested.
Criminal charges will be referred to the Milwaukee County District Attorney's Office.
