NEW BERLIN, Wis. (CBS 58) - The New Berlin Police Department is continuing to investigate the disappearance of a 14-year-old girl who has been missing since July 3.

According to police, Alexis Grubor walked away from her home near 124th Street and Honey Lane in New Berlin and was reported missing that day.

Investigators say they have since developed new information about her whereabouts. On July 6, Grubor was seen near Sherman Boulevard and Capitol Drive in Milwaukee.

Police believe Grubor is no longer wearing the clothing shown in a previously released photograph, which was obtained with assistance from the Milwaukee County Transit System.

Investigators say they are actively following leads and are asking anyone with information about Grubor's whereabouts to contact local law enforcement.

"Any information, regardless of how minor it may seem, could assist investigators in locating her safely," the New Berlin Police Department said.
