3. Franksville Craft Beer Garden Opening Weekend
The 2024 season of the FCBG kicks off on Friday, May 17 and is the unofficial start to your summer fun! The Visit Racine County Live Music Stage is back rocking Fridays and Saturdays throughout the summer. FREE live music! 4. Potpourri Garden Club Plant Sale
The Potpourri Garden Club is holding their Perennial Plant Sale at Franksville Park on Saturday, May 18, 2023. The sale runs from 8:30am-12:30pm, rain or shine. There are thousands of perennial plants to choose from that we pot up from our gardens. We have donated over $150,000 back to the Racine County community in the form of grants and scholarships. Our club maintains the flower beds at Visit Racine County and the Racine Zoo. Some of our grants include: The Racine Public Library, River Bend, Racine Unified, Eco-Justice Center, Graham Public Library, Wisconsin Veteran Home Gardens’ and Garden of Giving to name a few. We also have provided two Horticulture scholarships to Gateway Technical College annually over the last 20 years.
