Two seriously injured after crash near Teutonia and Hampton

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Milwaukee Police Department is investigating a crash that happened Wednesday evening around 8:10 p.m. near Teutonia and Hampton.
The driver of one of the cars fled on foot after the crash but was chased and arrested by police.
Two people suffered serious injuries and were taken to the hospital. As of last check, both victims are stable.
