Usinger’s continues their family tradition of sausage success
(CBS 58) – The Wisconsin Department of Resources is worried about the state’s turtle population.
According to naturalist Beth Goeppinger, humans are driving the world’s turtle population extinct by hitting them with cars.
In Wisconsin, there are 11 species. The box turtle is endangered.
CBS 58’s Michael Schlesinger spoke with experts to find out what we can do to remedy the problem.
