Brewers head to Los Angeles down 2-0 in NLCS

CBS 58

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Brewers' magical season is slipping away. Milwaukee dropped Game 2 of the NLCS to the Dodgers Tuesday night at American Family Field. The final score was 5-1.

The night started out with a bang after Jackson Chourio led off the game with a solo home run that made it 1-0.

But once again, the Dodgers' pitching got the best of the Brewers. Yoshinobu Yamamoto held the Brewers scoreless the rest of the way. Meanwhile, LA piled on with five runs. Teoscar Hernandez and Max Muncy both homered.

Milwaukee now flies to LA for Game 3 of the best of 7 series Thursday night at Dodger Stadium.
