Two people were killed in connection to the alleged domestic violence incident, including 34-year-old mother, Victoria Truss. A Shorewood Police Department officer was also struck by gunfire.

Bodycam and squad car video from Shorewood police shows the moments the police officer was hit by the gunman.
"I'm hit! I need medical," the officer can be heard on dashcam video.
The Shorewood police officer was shot while driving onto Wood, near Barlett.
"He's still shooting at the originally address," the officer can be heard saying.
In the video, the officer says three shots were fired at his squad car and one hit him in the upper right shoulder.
Thankfully, his bulletproof vest took the shot and the officer was OK. In the video, the officer also said he had glass in his eye.
Another officer, seen in the video, rushed to his side to see if he was bleeding and where the bullet hit him.
