MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- May home sales and current inventory levels were among the topics when Angela Walters joined us Monday, June 15 to walk through the local real estate market.
Walters, former president of the Greater Milwaukee Association of Realtors Board of Directors and team leader with Walters Realty Group, also covered common seller mistakes, realistic pricing strategies and the role of first impressions and visual presentation in attracting buyers.
She also had an overview of what a realtor does from listing to closing.
