MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- First Stage will premiere its new production, "Emily Song and the Queen of the Night," at the Marcus Performing Arts Center’s Todd Wehr Theater from Friday, Jan. 31 through Sunday, Feb. 16.
Michelle LoRicco, Director of Young Company and director of the show, joined us on Tuesday, Jan. 21 to preview the production.
She highlighted how the musical, developed through First Stage’s Amplify Reading Series, follows Emily, a music mage who must harness her powers to save her loved ones and New York City from the Queen of the Night.
Special performances include a Pay What You Choose night on Friday, Feb. 7 at 7 p.m. and a Sensory Friendly show on Saturday, Feb. 15 at 3:30 p.m. Tickets are available at FirstStage.org.
