Ho-Chunk Nation, US Army sign agreement protecting Native American burial sites at Fort McCoy

WISCONSIN (CBS 58) -- The Ho-Chunk Nation and U.S. Army finalized an agreement to protect Native American burial sites at Fort McCoy.

A Memorandum of Understanding was signed Tuesday, May 10 in Black River Falls.

The document details how the tribe and army will work together, ensuring sacred spaces are protected and stay accessible.
