WEST ALLIS Wis. (CBS 58) -- Vice President Kamala Harris held another star-powered campaign concert and rally in the Milwaukee-area to try and mobilize voters to the polls.

In West Allis, Harris spoke to supporters at the Wisconsin State Fairgrounds that included performances by an all-Black musical line up and remarks by Grammy Award winner Cardi B and comedian Keegan-Michael Key.

Rappers GloRilla, Flo Milli, MC Lyte and Milwaukee DJ GEMINI GILLY energized the crowd with high-energy performances throughout the night.

Cardi B, who said she didn't plan on voting before Harris joined the race, explained why she's standing "with Kamala" this election.

"I did not have faith in any candidates until she joined the race and said things that I wanted to hear," the rapper said. "I believe in every word that comes out of her mouth."

"I'm with Kamala. I believe in her."

The singer songwriter also touted many key aspects of the Harris campaign including proposals to ban "price-gouging" on groceries, provide tax cuts for middle class families and first-time homebuyers, and protecting reproductive rights.

Keegan-Michael Key and other artists also urged voters to make their voice hear in the pivotal election and head to the polls.

"We all need to step up and do everything we can to elect team Harris," Michael Key said. "We can rise to this challenge together!"

During her remarks, Harris hit on many similar campaign themes such as unity and trying to paint her opponent former President Donald Trump has a "threat to democracy."

"Imagine what the stakes are, it's either going to be him there on day one where he would walk into that office stewing over his enemies list and I would be working on behalf of you and my to-do list," Harris said.

It marked the second 'When We Vote We Win' concert series by the Harris campaign after hosting one in Madison earlier this week

Earlier in the day Harris made stops in Janesville and Appleton.

The visits underscore the importance of Wisconsin, a key swing state that could decide who wins the White House.

A few miles away, Trump held a dueling rally at Fiserv Forum. It was his first time back at the Buck's arena since accepting his party's nomination in July during the Republican National Convention.
