VISIT Milwaukee preview: March 29-31
MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- It's like bringing California beach fitness vibes to Milwaukee. This is what you can expect for two hours just about every Saturday morning at Bradford Beach. The "Timmy Cobbs Fitness Beach Boot Camp & Fit Fest" starts out with a large group workout in the sand or top of the dock. Cone drills, games, and hills and stairs follow. Once the class ends, the entire beach opens up, and you can play group games like volleyball and frisbee. Organizers say it's all about great vibes and fun.
The event runs from 10 am until noon on most Saturdays during the summer. You're asked to sign up online for the cost of $9. You can do so by clicking here.
