MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- It used to be a "Silver Sneakers" club was one of the only options you had if you were retired age and wanted a good workout. Now, the options are many. At Danceworks MKE, you can take up ballet or tap even if you never danced a day in your life. It's part of the studio's 50+ Initiative program.
