MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Wednesday night marks the soft opening for Milwaukee's newest music venue, Landmark Credit Union Live, which is located right next to Fiserv Forum.

Everyone is welcome to check out the event space for themselves and to witness performances by local artists from 6:30 p.m. until 9:30 p.m.

The venue has a 4,500-person capacity, multiple bars, a special vinyl room you get access to if you purchase box seats, and a large stage.

So far, there are dozens of performances in the 2026 lineup that are highly anticipated by music lovers across the city.

"This is a state of the art built from the ground up venue, the likes of which didn't exist in the market until now," said Frank Productions CEO Joel Plant. "The whole point of this is to create an environment that is top shelf for artists and top shelf for the artist's fans."

The venue's official first show is this Friday featuring a performance by Rainbow Kitten Surprise.

"We want to give people what I call a choose-your-own-adventure concert experience, and I think we've really done that well here with Landmark Credit Union Live," Plant said. "The point of this venue is not to replace anything in Milwaukee, the point of this venue is to make Milwaukee, keep Milwaukee, a must-play concert city for the next several decades."
