MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A Milwaukee Police Department officer is facing jail time after firing a gun from a moving vehicle. 

According to a criminal complaint, video shows 36-year-old Vashaun Young shooting at multiple buildings near 23rd and Burleigh.

It happened near a school and a family youth center. Luckily, no injuries were reported. 

According to MPD the video is from 2022, but the department was only made aware of it recently. 

They say Officer Young has been with the department for five years. 

He was placed on a full suspension earlier this month. 

Young is expected in court May 12.
