FOUND! MPD seeks help locating family members of 2-year-old found near 61st and Custer

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) --- Milwaukee police say the child's family has been located.

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) --- The Milwaukee Police Department is requesting the public's help in locating the family members of a lost child that was found Saturday, May 1.

Police say the child was found around 6:20 a.m. near 61st and Custer.

The child is a Black male, approximately 18 months to 2-years-old, 2 feet 7 inches tall, and weighs 26 pounds. The child has black hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the Milwaukee Police Department's Sensitive Crimes Division at 414-935-7405. To provide information between the hours of 4:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m., please contact the Milwaukee Police Department's Criminal Investigation Bureau at 414-935-7360.
