Happy Election Day!!! Not bad voting weather at all with highs reaching the low 50s with a nice mix of sun and clouds. There will be a decent breeze out of the southeast to 20 mph but otherwise there's no reason not to vote when it comes to weather.
The above-average temperatures Tuesday will continue into Wednesday and Thursday where we warm fast into the 60s and even hitting 70* on Thursday which would put us on record watch! Enjoy the nice warmth because temps come crashing down at the end of the week with highs in the 30s arriving for the weekend - the coldest air of the season.
This will not be a short burst of cold air. The temperature trend through the middle of November shows a 80-90% chance for below-average temperatures in the state of Wisconsin. Average highs will be in the upper 40s by this time of year but southeast Wisconsin may be lucky to even get out of the 30s!
