NOW: Prosecutors ’now aware’ of a 3rd victim in allegations against former Kenosha County school aide charged with child sexual assault

KENOSHA COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- More charges may be coming to the former Kenosha County school aide who investigators believe sexually assaulted two young boys.

On Thursday morning, Oct. 17, 33-year-old Anna-Marie Crocker appeared in court for a preliminary hearing following her recent arrest.

But the hearing was over in just a few minutes, with both the prosecution and the defense agreeing to adjourn for more time to work on the case.

“We are now aware of a third victim, I should be getting those reports sometime this week," said Alexandra Smathers, the county's assistant district attorney.

Smathers also noted a detective is also "thoroughly going through" Crocker's phone.

Crocker is charged with 1st Degree Child Sex Assault with a person under the age of 13, possession of child porn, and child sexual exploitation.

Court documents revealed disturbing allegations against her, including that she forced a 12-year-old boy to have sex with her, and that she exchanged sexual chats and videos with a 14-year-old boy who claims she sexually assaulted him in a Racine County parking lot.

On Monday, the school board held a special meeting to terminate her employment with the Silver Lake-Salem district.

"There is no playbook on how to handle situations this disturbing and sensitive in nature," a board member said. "We are committed to maintaining a safe and nurturing environment for everyone in our district. Anyone that seeks to harm or prey on children will not have a place in our school community."

Crocker is being held on a $500,000 dollar cash bond. Her next court appearance is Friday, Nov. 22.
